Aqua Restaurant Group has opened two new culinary destinations at the penthouse of One Peking in Tsim Sha Tsui. The Canton Library occupies the 29th floor, while Vesu Pizza Bar reopens above it on the 30th, giving diners a two-story destination high above Victoria Harbour.
The Canton Library celebrates the culinary heritage of Lingnan, the historic southern region spanning Guangdong, Guangxi, Chaoshan, Hakka territories, Hong Kong, Macau, Hainan, and beyond. Executive Chef Junno Li and Executive Dim Sum Chef Leung Kwok Wa lead a menu that honors time-honored tastes with contemporary techniques.
Standout dishes include Chiu Chow Chilled Master Stock Sea Cucumber, Spanish Red Prawn with Steamed Egg White, Steamed Pork Belly with Black Beans and Chilli, and Sizzling Yellow Croaker in Claypot with Fermented Soybean Paste. Dim sum highlights include Wonton Noodle in Dumplings, Dama Zhan Pan-fried Bun, and Buddha Jumps Over the Wall Soup Dumplings. The drinks list features tea-led signature cocktails including Oolong Old Fashioned and Osmanthus Fizz.
One floor up, Vesu Pizza Bar reopens with an upgraded menu and its “BITE SIP SHARE” attitude. A two-time winner of the 50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific award and recipient of the 2026 “One to Watch” title, Vesu continues its Neapolitan pizza program with playful twists. Signature pies include The Ducky, a Peking duck homage created with sister restaurant Hutong, plus new additions like Capricciosa and Valdostana. Non-dough options include Pollo alla Diavola and Lasagna, with desserts like OOPS… I Dropped The Banana.
Vesu is also running a month-long collaboration through October 11 with three limited-edition pizzas and promotional drink pricing.
