Since opening earlier this year, Terrace Boulud has been the name on everyone’s lips. Now this iconic rooftop brasserie above Landmark Prince’s is becoming a full-day destination, serving everything from breakfast and business lunches to late-night DJ sets from Thursday onward.
What’s new? A set lunch starting at HK$398 for two courses, breakfast from May 4, and a May calendar highlighted by Le French GourMay.

“What we are building at Terrace Boulud,” says Daniel Boulud, “is a place where Hong Kong can begin its day with us, linger over a long lunch, mark a special occasion, or simply watch the sun set over Central. This terrace has always had that potential, and now we are living it.”
With executive chef Aurelie Altemaire helming the kitchen, expect French technique infused with local flavors, including the exclusive DB x MO Dim Sum you won’t find anywhere else.
Breakfast features savory items like eggs benedict, smoked salmon on rye, and soft-boiled eggs with avocado purée that sit alongside freshly baked viennoiseries including buttery croissants, pain au chocolat, and almond croissants.

And for Le French GourMay? Tuck into the Burger Savoyard, an Australian Wagyu patty loaded with darphin potato, smoked bacon and gooey raclette (HK$258). Or try Savoie cheeses (HK$288) and a degustation of Cold Cuts (HK$318) to round out the meal.
