Taking over the former Main St. Deli space, the new outpost marks a confident next step for the brand, which has already built a cult following across Sheung Wan, Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, and ifc mall. Diners can expect the same mix of premium cuts, generous portions, and accessible pricing, set against a polished hotel backdrop.

To celebrate, an exclusive June promotion sees a 600g Rangers Station Angus tomahawk with brandy peppercorn sauce, fries, and salad priced at HK$298 (50% off the usual price). Weekly favorites like T-Bone Tuesday and Tomahawk Thursday return at half price.

Leading the kitchen is Chef Chris Chan, who brings more than 25 years of experience across Hong Kong’s dining scene. Previously Head Chef at Michelin-starred restaurant The Principal, Chef Chris has also held senior roles at The Pawn, Classified Group and il Bel Paese Group, working alongside internationally recognised chefs including Jonay Armas and Tom Aikens.
