A new elevated food court concept has landed at Harbour City. Food Atlas, a joint venture between Food Republic HK and Fulum Group, opened its doors at the Tsim Sha Tsui landmark with 12 dining brands spanning Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Southeast Asian cuisines.

The lineup includes three Michelin Bib Gourmand recommended eateries: local icon Man Kee Cart Noodle, recognized for nine consecutive years; Thai Pai Dong . Ning Kee, a dual-awarded Thai street food spot; and Fisholic, a creative seafood artisan that has held Bib Gourmand status since 2023.

Other concepts include HAFU, a Japanese fusion sushi spot using premium Hokkaido Nanatsuboshi rice; Toast Box, a Singaporean coffeehouse serving kaya toast and hand-pulled Nanyang coffee; and Dongbaek, a Korean barbecue brand designed for solo dining with private grilling stations.
The interior design takes inspiration from Victoria Harbour, with flowing wave-like architectural lines that guide diner flow and enhance spatial openness.
