A lively Neapolitan pizzeria has landed at Cullinan Sky Mall in Kai Tak. Fugazzi Pizzeria Napoletana opened this May, bringing authentic wood-fired pizzas, hand-crafted pastas, and a vibrant Italian dining experience to the neighborhood.
At the heart of the kitchen is a bespoke Stefano Ferrara Forni oven, hand-built in Naples using centuries-old techniques. The oven reaches high temperatures and bakes each pizza in under two minutes to achieve a blistered, crispy crust with a soft, chewy interior. The dough is made with 00 Italian flour and cold-fermented for 24 hours.
The 12-inch pizzas include classic Napoletana with San Marzano tomato sauce and Fior Di Latte, Mortadella e Pistacchio, and a Nutella Pizza with banana. Pasta dishes are made fresh daily and range from Rigatoni alla Vodka to Ravioli di Ricotta e Spinaci.
The indoor dining room seats 60 guests with terrazzo floors, velvet banquettes, and vintage Italian film posters. The alfresco terrace seats another 60 and is dog-friendly, complete with a rotating pet menu featuring Meatball Pasta and Woof Pizza.
Set lunch runs Monday to Friday from 11am to 3pm, with two-course and three-course options including a drink. Happy hour is Monday to Friday from 5pm to 7pm. An opening special offers buy-one-get-one-free on all beers during all-day dining.
