Leading Nation Hospitality has opened General Provisions by Alfred’s at LANDMARK’s Gloucester Tower, a new all-day destination that blends specialty coffee and tea, retail, gifting, fine wines and spirits, and gourmet provisions under one roof. The space also serves as the new reception to Forty-Five, greeting guests on the 3rd floor.
The concept bridges retail and dining with a curated selection of bottles available at standard retail prices — with corkage fees waived across Leading Nation outlets (wine service fee applies). Guests can purchase a bottle from the shop and enjoy it tableside at any Leading Nation restaurant, including Torikaze, The Diplomat, Cristal Room, JIJA, and The Merchants.
The gourmet provisions lineup includes General Provisions Ossetra Caviar 30g served with house kettle chips and crème fraîche with chives (HK$580), available after 3pm. Rotating seasonal drops kick off with early-bird pricing on The Merchants’ Classic Mooncakes & Tea Set (HK$312) until August 15, followed by Festive Feasts and Chinese New Year celebrations.
The all-day wine bar and grab-and-go section offers chef-driven lunches like Gotham Hero (HK$145), a roast beef sandwich, and Arts Club Cobbed Salad (HK$135). Cold-pressed juices, protein shakes, and kombuchas are also available.
The Alfred’s app integrates the entire Leading Nation ecosystem, offering cashless payments, member-only pricing, waived corkage fees, and priority booking for exclusive events.
