Victoria Harbour’s golden hour just got a lot more interesting. K11 MUSEA is launching Sips by the Sea, a limited-time open-air cocktail experience at its 6th floor Sculpture Park terrace, running from now to May 31 on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

The lineup brings together names from Asia’s 50 Best Bars alongside acclaimed local spots, each creating exclusive cocktails for K11 MUSEA. Bangkok’s Opium Bar anchors the program with two exclusive drinks served throughout the run. The “MUSE” is a butterfly pea gin sour with maraschino, lemon, and white cacao. The “SEA” is a smoky pineapple-lime highball with mezcal, tepache, and orange bitters.
Guest shifts add limited-edition offerings. Hong Kong’s Socio kicks things off on May 16 with “Sundown,” blending banana peel-infused white rum, macadamia distillate, pineapple, pomegranate, and lime. Tell Camellia takes over on May 23 with “Purple Sky,” a lapsang and purple bud tea creation with smoky vodka and pineapple. On May 30, Seoul’s Alice Cheongdam founder Terry Kim presents “Mellow Dream,” a gin sour with white grape, peach, mango, honey, lemongrass, and cinnamon.

The experience is designed around a “sky pairing” concept, with cocktails meant to mirror the changing colors of the sunset from warm amber to deep indigo. Floral styling by local artisan Kirk Cheng adds a nature-infused layer.
The closing celebration, Sip & Spin, takes over on June 6 from 3pm to 8pm, featuring Kyoto’s Bee’s Knees, Changsha’s CMYK, and The Old Man Hong Kong alongside DJ performances. Tickets for the finale are available online.
