KAILAS, one of the world’s top three outdoor brands, has opened its first Hong Kong Mountaineering Concept Store at K11 MUSEA in Tsim Sha Tsui. The 3,300-square-foot space marks a strategic milestone in the brand’s Asia-Pacific expansion, introducing its professional mountaineering culture to Hong Kong.
The store is anchored by a “Mountain Exploration” philosophy, recreating the visual imagery of rugged peaks, rock formations, ice, and snow to transition visitors from urban life into outdoor adventure. It curates a portfolio spanning multiple mountain sports disciplines, including high-altitude mountaineering, trekking, and trail running. Highlighted collections include the GT Alpine Down Series, MONT Hardshell Jackets, BM45 Ski Series, and signature FUGA trail running shoes.
KAILAS, which specializes in mountain sports equipment, collaborates with professional athletes and mountain explorers to inform its product innovation. The brand is an official partner of World Climbing and premier global trail races.
To celebrate the opening, the brand is running promotions through August 31. Customers who register as members and follow the brand’s social accounts can participate in a minigame for prizes including water bottle bags, trekking socks, and coffee mugs. Members receive an organizer bag with any purchase; spending HK$2,999 or more gets a double-wall insulated tumbler; HK$5,999 or more gets a 40L waterproof gear bag.
