Morton’s Grille is back in Macau. The world-renowned steakhouse chain opened a new waterfront location at One Central Macau last month, marking its return to the city with a more relaxed yet elevated dining experience centered around premium beef, exceptional hospitality, and panoramic harbor views.
The restaurant is one of the few steakhouses in Macau with an outdoor waterfront terrace, offering sunset cocktails and front-row views of the city’s seasonal fireworks displays. It sits away from the traditional casino dining scene, introducing what the brand describes as a more intimate destination for celebrations and special occasions.
True to its “Best Steak Anywhere” promise, Morton’s Macau sources premium beef from top global producers, including USDA Prime, M9 Australian Wagyu, 1++ Korean Hanwoo, A5 Japanese Wagyu, and dry-aged steaks. The menu also features fresh seafood, hand-selected produce, and indulgent desserts.
