Mark your calendars: the award-winning alchemy of Hanoi’s The Hudson Rooms is back for a one-night command performance. On January 29 at 7pm, the dynamic duo of Patrick and Mike take over Terrible Baby, reprising their 2024 pop-up.
The Hudson Rooms, ranked #86 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025, is known for its precise cocktails and great service. This pop-up is a rare chance to try them in Hong Kong.
Led by Patrick (recently crowned Stelliers Asia Mixologist of the Year 2024 and Diageo World Class Vietnam 2025 National Champion) the team will serve three curated libations (HK$110 each). The Hell Gate mixes shochu, smoky mezcal, tomato, and ginger honey with a Tajín salt rim. The Marco Polo blends tequila with celery, rhubarb, and eucalyptus. For something bolder, try the Robert Peary, which combines brandy with toasted rice, pickled ginger, and rosemary.
