PapaHome Powered by Taobao is moving to Causeway Bay. The furniture and home living retailer announced it will relocate its flagship from Tsim Sha Tsui to Fashion Walk this October, expanding into a 35,000-square-foot space across two floors — more than double its current usable area.
The new store introduces a “More Than Home” concept, positioning itself as a multi-dimensional lifestyle destination. Beyond an expanded selection of furniture and home decor, the flagship will feature a home aesthetics showroom, comprehensive custom furniture solutions, interior design services, and renovation offerings. Cross-sector additions include PapaCafe, beauty and wellness, floristry, and lifestyle accessories. Regular community events and workshops are also planned.
The retailer operates under an Online-Merge-Offline (OMO) model, allowing customers to experience products in-store, scan QR codes for details and offers, and complete purchases online. The current location at China Hong Kong City in Tsim Sha Tsui curates over 10,000 products from more than 100 Taobao merchants.
“We hope the public will see PapaHome not just as a furniture retailer, but as a platform for building a vibrant lifestyle community,” said Andy Wong, Chief Executive Officer of PapaHome.
