PARKSIDE@NINA CWB opens today on the first floor of Nina Hotel Causeway Bay, marking the latest chapter from the team behind PARKSIDE@NINA, which was featured among the 50 Most Beautiful Cafés in the World. Designed by award-winning Atelier E, the new 3,000-square-foot space accommodates over 100 guests and features dramatic calla-lily-inspired lighting installations, inverted flower forms overhead, and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light.
The menu spans Asian classics and Western favorites. Appetizers include Smoked Salmon in Mini Cone, Korean Fried Chicken, and Beef Carpaccio. Regional signatures like Hainanese Chicken Rice, Nasi Goreng, and Wonton Noodle Soup sit alongside mains such as PARKSIDE Wagyu Beef Burger, Grilled Beef Tenderloin, and King Prawn with Miso Butter. Sharing plates include Baby Suckling Pig and Black Pepper Braised Beef Short Ribs.
Wood-fired sourdough pizzas and handmade pastas feature Japanese Smoked Tuna with Free Range Egg Pizza, Tiger Prawn Casarecce, and Soft Shell Crab Linguine Aglio e Olio. Desserts include Lychee and Hibiscus Pavlova, Caramelized Banana, and the signature Wood Fossil Chocolate Cake.
From May 18, breakfast service begins at 7am with set menu options. Lunch and dinner sets are also available. A private dining room accommodates up to 10 guests.
The bar features signature cocktails including Thyme Zone, Hong Kong Sling, Yuzu Espresso Martini, and Whisky Sour Crème Brûlée, plus mocktails such as Ruby Groove and Magic Potion.
