Take a Trip Down Memory Lane at Throwback Causeway Days Exhibition

Hang Lung Properties is celebrating its 65th anniversary with a nostalgic look back at Causeway Bay’s history. The Throwback Causeway Days exhibition at Fashion Walk offers a fun, free journey into the district’s past.

The pop-up highlights the era when the area was known as “Hong Kong’s Little Ginza,” famous for its neon signs and Japanese department stores. Interactive installations include a modern LED neon sign display and a zone where mirrors digitally project retro outfits onto visitors—perfect for a photo.

Shoppers can get involved, too. Spending HK$500 or more at Fashion Walk merchants lets you redeem a collectible “Paper Doll Card Pack.” For a deeper exploration, hello Rewards members can sign up for guided walking tours that explore 14 iconic locations around the neighborhood.

It’s a charming and interactive way to rediscover the stories that have shaped Causeway Bay.

Exhibition: Until Oct 12, Paterson Street, Fashion Walk
