7. Best Regional Chinese: Mott 32
Mott 32 has become a go-to spot for Hongkongers and visitors alike for delicious Chinese fare. The restaurant is particularly famous for its char siu and posh take on dim sum — siu mai is made with kurobuta pork, soft boiled quail egg and black truffle, while xiaolongbao features Australian scallops.
Named for a convenience store in New York’s Chinatown in tribute to the courage of early Chinese immigrants to the US, it’s now expanded to locations in Las Vegas and Vancouver.
