Upper House Hong Kong Brings Back House of Healing Retreat With New Wellness Residencies

Upper House Hong Kong is doubling down on wellness this May, with the return of its two-day House of Healing retreat on May 30 and 31, alongside new in-room therapies and ongoing residencies.

House of Healing runs from 9:30am to 6pm each day. One-day tickets are HKD 988 and two-day passes are HKD 1,788. Each ticket includes two wellness experiences of choice. Options include Hot Sculpt by And Sculpt, traditional Chinese acupuncture, tea ceremonies, gong sound journeys, mini soul readings, posture consultations, and red light therapy. Full-day group programming includes a healthy lunch and learn session hosted by Omni Vitality and OM Health Hub.

For guests staying overnight, the Wellness On The Road room package adds either a Crystal and Chakra Alignment session or a Gong Sound Journey from the comfort of your room.

The House is also expanding its in-room offerings as private healing sanctuaries. Crystal and Chakra Energy Alignment by Stone and Star founder Joyce Tsang identifies energetic blockages and restores balance using curated crystals. Gong Sound Journey by master sound practitioner May Nogoy uses symphonic gong and crystal alchemy bowls to ease jet lag and support deep rest.

Three wellness residencies launched May 1. And Sculpt is an infrared-heated, mat-based body sculpting workout founded by industry veteran Avey Cortes. Stone and Star offers astrology readings, tarot sessions, and a monthly After Hours evening of astrology insights. May Nogoy’s Sound and Tea residency invites guests into dedicated Tea Space and Sound Room featuring the 55-inch Beyond Gong.
