YuSang is the newest addition to LANDMARK PRINCE’S curated dining roster, introducing Central to a contemporary Korean restaurant built around anju and sool – the shared plates and drinks that define Korea’s social dining culture.

Anju refers to the chilled dishes, seafood, soups and charcoal‑grilled meats designed to be enjoyed with alcohol, while sool covers Korea’s diverse spectrum of drinks, from makgeolli and soju to fruit wines. YuSang’s menu highlights this pairing through signatures like poached Hong Kong pork belly with fresh tofu, a spicy seafood soup layered with pollock roe, prawns and clams, and slow‑cooked pork belly finished over charcoal.

The drinks program brings together Korea’s core categories of soju, makgeolli and fruit wines, alongside a focused selection of aged spirits.
At lunch, YuSang offers set menus for time‑conscious business diners, pairing a choice of anju with a charcoal‑grilled main and a drink. As offices empty out, the restaurant shifts toward shared plates, Korean sool and a slower, more social rhythm. Its location makes YuSang an easy meeting point in Central – whether for lunch, after‑work drinks or a longer evening around the table.
